Currently Loving: Lulu Guinness Perspex Lip Clutches

Lulu Guinness recently launched her new Spring/Summer 2014 collection which is inspired by candy which of course means bright bold colours and cute prints!
Out of it all these perspex lip clutches stood out to me, they look just like the gummy sweet lips, I have to have one!
The classic Lulu lip clutch is bang on trend with the clear perspex aspect to them, they're such a quirky piece to own and come in 3 different colours, neon pink, neon green and neon red.
These clutches would be the perfect accessory for a party, they would stand out best dressed head to toe in black or white and then you'd have the big pop of colour in the accessories.
I only wish for the day I could afford one, at £245 and as a student I sadly have to miss out.
With Valentines day coming up, if you're still looking for a gift for your girl, have the money to spend and they love cute accessories, one of these would be a winner.

What do you think of Lulu's new collection? I've definitely fallen for it.

Lets Go Kimono

I will apologise in advance for the not so great photos, it was a last minute decision to photograph the outfit before I went out to a bar with my friends.
As it's still chilly I opted for disco pants instead of a skirt, I did end up wearing quite a bit of black but the floral on the kimono and my lipstick were able to stand out more. I love this kimono, its a pretty way of covering up without being swamped by a jacket, blazer or coat, no one really wants to be carrying those around on a night out.

What I'm Wearing:
Missguided Kimono
Ark Crop Top
New Look Disco Pants
Urban Outfitters Necklace
Topshop Studded Flats
MAC Lipstick In Captive

Review: OCC Lip Tars

So, you may have seen that I picked up these little guys in Sephora whilst in New York, I got 3 Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tars and a brush in a kit for $40 which is about £25. For how much you get and how little you need, I thought it was a pretty decent price. You can get them off Sephora's website here.

I got 3 shades, the mid pink is Trollop, the bright pink is Nylon and the red is Harlot.
The application is pretty easy, you add a tiny drop of the product onto the brush, I apply one layer, blot it and then applying another layer on top for extra staying power, I do this with almost any lip product.

The pigmentation is incredible which is why you only need the drop and also its super long lasting, I wore Trollop recently on a night out and it stayed on for the majority of the night.

On the downside, if you have dry cracked lips it does show up pretty clearly when wearing these, however, a good lip scrub and balm can sort out that problem! Also I don't know where or if you can get these in the UK which is a bit of a pain.
So glad I got these, such a good buy and a lovely group of shades, cannot wait to wear these more.
What do you think of OCC lip tars? Let me know in the comments.
